COVID-19 Speedway of Lansing Information

Speedway of Lansing Family and members of the Greater Kansas City community,

In the past few weeks, we have been monitoring this situation with great interest while speaking with those we know and trust in the health care community.  The health and safety of our employees, customers, and our community are our #1 focus and concern, as such we have made the following commitment to our staff and customers.


As we announced earlier today we are taking proactive action to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sterilization in our store.

We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention; take steps to protect yourself, protect others, and clean and disinfect (https://www.cdc.gov/).

All Dealership employees and vendors are prohibited from entering the building to work with a respiratory illness that can be transmitted to others. We are encouraging our employees to stay home if they become ill and allowing them additional benefits that include: Employees jobs will be preserved and any request for assistance from the dealership will be reviewed discreetly with our employees to help them weather this tough time.
We are sanitizing high-traffic public areas and vehicles at an increased frequency.
Hand washing reminder signs are being placed in all bathrooms. Our pre-existing hand sanitizers stations are being monitored throughout the day and being cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals.

All areas of customer contact,  are being cleaned multiple times throughout the day, as well as all vehicles being sanitized prior to test drives and delivery’s

Earlier in the year Speedway of Lansing was proud to launch Online Shopper. This powerful online tool on our website allows you to select your vehicle, select the financing, and schedule delivery of your vehicle all from the comfort of your home. This tool will allow our customers needing and wanting to take delivery of your new vehicle the ability to do so , with out ever having to step foot in the delearship.  We will be offering to those of you as well who need to have your vehicle serviced but are practicing social distancing, the ability to arrange to pick up and deliver your vehicle to and from your home.
